EPO: Evening Primrose Oil - Or why Jaypo is always right.
Do. Not. Like.
It makes my stomach hurt, like rot gut. Even taken with a full meal. Nor do I care for the way it generally makes me feel - Like I had too many cups of coffee and now my stomach hurts. I'd deal with it if it did anything, anything at all to help night sweats, but it doesn't.
I called Nature's Bounty to ask about their return policy. A very nice, friendly and helpful CSR said she'd send me a pre-paid label and I could return the product direct and they'd issue me a refund, but I said I'd see if Walgreen's wouldn't just let me return it at the store, and if not I'd call her back. I may not have liked their EPO pill, but I do like the great customer service from Nature's Bounty.
Why didn't I just listen to Jaypo about the Flax? Well, I'll tell you. Only two people said flax, a dozen said EPO, so I went with the majority rule. Perhaps a tincture and not a pill would work for the EPO, a coworker said she's heard many people say EPO in pill form bothers their stomach. But I'm not trying it. I am just going to get the damn ground flax seeds like Jaypo said to do in the first [expletive beginning with F deleted] place.

p.s. I've been know to be wrong. ;-)
Could be because it was standardized too.
I need a new watch, look - it's 8:10 and I should have left 5 mins ago...
just a little nutty
I returned the EPO, and it was a liquid filled pellet so I couldn't have cut them in half. I may eventually look into another form, like a tincture liquid, but am going for the ground flax next.
