I meant... On Top of Spaghetti...

How do you make meatballs? 

I am making meatball parmigiana and have two recipes to choose from... one uses dry bread crumbs and milk - the other - bread, milk and egg.  So, I want to know What's in your MEATBALL?  And are they all covered with cheese?
